All that we are is a result of our thoughts, made up of our thoughts
and founded on our thoughts. With our thoughts we make our world.

PBMG’s regular Sunday and Thursday sessions are usually hybrid; you can join us either in person or online. Intro to Meditation: For an introductory session geared to beginners and newcomers, please join us at 11:15 a.m. on Sunday, January 11, either in person at 291 Witherspoon in Princeton or online; email infoplease@princetonbuddhist.org for the link.
Thursday evenings: This month Thursdays will be “simply sitting”—extended sessions of meditation and lovingkindness practice. Most will be offered both online or in person (at 291 Witherspoon). If you need the link for online participation, please email infoplease@princetonbuddhist.org. In November we’ll continue a book study of No Self, No Problem, the first (2006) book by our teacher Anam Thubten.
